     I promise that at this time I am physically fit to take part in an exercise programme and I have chosen the level appropriate to me.  I do not know of any medical or other reason why I should not take part in this physical activity challenge.
We strongly advise that you take expert advice prior to commencing any exercise program if you are in any doubt about your ability to engage in physical activity of any type.
